TPComps will always operate in the highest degree of accordance with its core values of: Integrity, Honesty, Customer Centric Proactivity, and Leadership Driven while maintaining the controlling principles of Energy, Energize, Edge, and Execute. To achieve this mission, TPComps will always charge a fair price for its products and services, always pay a fair wage to employees and contractors, always contribute a portion of profits back to the community and its needs, and often performs pro-bono planning work for the smaller not-for-profit organizations that are focused on improving our communities.

Mission Statement:
At TPComps, we empower small and medium-sized businesses in Northeast Ohio with essential Information Security, Compliance, and Life Planning solutions. By supporting these businesses, we enhance community resilience and awareness of the importance of planning and accountability. Committed to integrity and customer focus, we offer fair pricing, ensure equitable compensation for our team, and reinvest in community initiatives, including pro-bono work for nonprofits.
Our Vision:
Our vision is to foster a safer, more resilient Northeast Ohio by partnering with local businesses to promote proactive planning and community collaboration. We aim to inspire accountability and support that strengthens our neighborhoods and elevates the quality of life for all residents.
Our Story:
Founded in 2009, TPComps began with a simple but powerful idea: to support the backbone of our economy—small and medium-sized businesses. Recognizing that these enterprises often lack the resources to effectively manage information security and compliance, we set out to
bridge that gap. Our founders, driven by a passion for community resilience, have always believed that empowered businesses lead to stronger neighborhoods.
Over the years, we’ve achieved significant milestones, from expanding our service offerings to becoming a trusted partner for numerous local organizations. Our commitment to integrity and community service has shaped our identity, and we continue to evolve by adapting to the changing needs of our clients and the communities we serve.
Today, TPComps stands as a pillar of support for Northeast Ohio businesses, fostering a culture of proactive planning and collaboration. We take pride in our community impact and remain dedicated to enhancing the security and resilience of the organizations we serve. We participate in the following Cleveland's COSE netowrk, the Painesville Area Chamber of Commerce, the Downsized Into Business Startup (DIBS) network, and the Eastside Business Group among others. We support the Mentor Softball Association's kids program. We are active in various northeast Ohio information security and audit organizations.
